Bring a Towel

Bring a towel to sit on. A second one for drying off after is a nice move.

Wear the Right Sandals

Blodel Donovan - bring sandals you can wear into the water.

The Quarry - you just need something for walking around on-site. (gravel path from locker room to sauna)

Hydration is not Optional

Drink water and electrolytes 2-3 hours ahead of time, during your session and after.

You’ve got 50 mins

Arrive 5-10 mins early. Your session starts on the hour.

It’s Social

Sauna is best shared. You have your own seat with elbow room. Introduce yourself - it’s sauna culture.

How long should I sauna

Most people to 10-15 minute rounds followed by 3-5 mins of cooling down. The cycle is magic. There isn’t a magic program — your body knows when it time to get out.

The water varies from 38-48°F (3-9°C) in colder months
and 58-70°F (14-21°C) in the summer.
